Hi, I'm Lisa!

I’m so happy to see you here, and hopefully to meet you soon in person at one of my classes!

Yoga, meditation, and breathwork have played a pivotal role in my journey of self-acceptance and compassion. These practices have helped me meet myself with kindness, understand my limiting beliefs, and trust my inner voice. Transformational breathing came into my life in 2010, and I have been practicing yoga since 2017. Since 2023, I have been teaching vinyasa and yin classes in Zurich, hoping to inspire others to connect with themselves and find ease in their own path.

Offerings

Group classes

I offer open-level group classes, offering options and variations during the practice to make it safe and accessible to everyone. Vinyasa: A dynamic, breath-centered flow where we hold poses for 3 to 5 breaths at a medium intensity. Hatha: A slower-paced practice with static postures and mindful alignment for strength and stillness. Yin: A meditative practice with long-held poses (3 to 5 minutes) targeting deep connective tissues and promoting relaxation. Restorative: A gentle, supportive practice using props to encourage deep physical and mental rest.

1:1 sessions

A personalized 1-hour session tailored to your needs. Whether you want to deepen your practice, address specific physical, mental, or emotional needs, or explore yoga in a safe and supportive space, I am here to guide you with care and intention.

Corporate yoga

In today’s fast-paced world, yoga is a powerful tool to restore balance. I offer customizable classes and workshops for workplaces, ranging from regular 1-hour sessions to longer workshops. These sessions support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement to "undo the desk" and promote well-being.
